This service contract, paired with all supplementary operational rules issued by ZigZag Rush: Endless Trail, governs all service access relationships between endless trail runners and our game operator. Any act of downloading, launching, logging into or experiencing our zigzag running gameplay constitutes your full recognition and unconditional acceptance of every clause within this Terms of Service. If you hold disagreement with any provision below, you are prohibited from installing, launching or accessing any in-game running levels and functional modules.

Age Access Limits & Minor Protection Guidelines

All disputes arising from trail gameplay and contractual provisions shall be resolved exclusively through local competent judicial courts, unless the legal frameworks of your resident nation grant you the right to file lawsuits at domestic local courts. If you hold European Union citizenship, you possess the right to initiate litigation at judicial institutions within your residential region. Separability of Contract Provisions

Contract Assignment Rights
